Tired of seeing litter along the DCTA rail trail? Help do something about it! Bike Denton has a 2-mile Adopt-A-Spot along the trail and hosts quarterly litter cleanups to keep it looking good.

Registration

You must register with us and submit a liability waiver to Keep Denton Beautiful (KDB) in order to participate: Registration and liability form

Only registered participants will receive full event information and updates.

Registration deadline: Register by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 8.

We will clean from about 9 AM - 11 AM unless we clean quickly or it gets too hot. Following the cleanup, we will travel to downtown to throw the bags away in dumpsters.

There will be an optional brunch downtown after the cleanup. Please bring money if you’d like to join us and purchase something.

What to Bring

• Water

• Sturdy close-toed shoes

• Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, as needed

• Optional: Your bicycle! While not mandatory, your bicycle will allow you to cover more ground during the cleanup.

• Optional: A bicycle trailer, if you own one, to transport full trash and recycling bags.

• Cash or a credit card if you plan to join us for brunch afterwards. Location TBD.
