Voting in City Council elections is one of the most important things you can do to improve transportation options in Denton. The Denton City Council makes final decisions on:

  • How much funding goes to each transportation option;

  • How a street will be designed and how each transportation mode is prioritized;

  • Policies that can provide improve safety and access to transportation options.
