City to Host Virtual Public Meeting for Mayhill Road Phase 2 Project that Could Connect the DCTA Rail Trail to the Mayhill Sidepath

The City is hosting a virtual public meeting about the upcoming Mayhill Road Phase 2 project on Thursday, March 9 at 6 p.m. The project will realign Mayhill Road from Colorado Boulevard to the existing four-lane divided portion of Mayhill Road.

There is currently no bicycle or pedestrian connection on this stretch of Mayhill, creating challenges for people traveling between the DCTA Rail Trail and the Mayhill sidepath.

According to the description for the public meeting, this project will include sidepaths and trails from five to ten feet wide.
